TSI was established in 2002 and has been successfully supporting Navy and DoD technical requirements since 2003. TSI is a small, minority-owned, and woman-owned business focused on Navy and DoD RDT&E engineering, program management, and information technology requirements. TSI’s customer base includes various components of NAVAIR and NAWCAD Patuxent River, as well as the Army National Guard (ARNG). Currently, TSI is providing support for NAVAIR technical requirements as a subcontractor to RMC. Additionally, TSI is a subcontractor to RMC on several prime contracts with NAVAIR, NAVSEA, and other DoD components.
