Although it is not yet certified,
the TSI Team follows the ISO 9001 principles to monitor and improve
the quality of services it provides to its customers. This process
improvement initiative is an ongoing effort. TSI uses the ISO 9001
standard’s approach of "Plan, Do, Check, Act" as a
guide to continually monitor the quality of its products and services.
PLAN: Identify the customer requirements; develop a project plan; verify that the project plan will satisfy the customer requirements; ensure that resources are available to execute the plan.
DO: Execute the project plan.
CHECK: Verify that the project plan was followed; verify that the project plan and resulting product meets the customer’s requirements; identify any non-conformities and opportunities for improvement.
ACT: Implement any corrective actions and/or preventive actions; verify that the actions taken have solved and/or prevented any future occurrences.
Through ongoing reviews, projects are frequently assessed to determine if they adhere to TSI’s quality standards. Any non-conformity must be reported and corrective action taken to eliminate the non-conformity. Preventive actions must be taken to ensure that non-conformities do not occur in the future. The TSI team’s efforts to improve its processes are customer and project focused.
A key element of the TSI management plan is the capability to monitor, control, track, and account for all work. This is done through regular evaluation of delivery order task progress by delivery order managers, weekly reviews of all delivery orders by the TSI Program Manager, and the application of effective project tracking software. The TSI program manager tracks all delivery orders and contract tasks awarded under this contract through a consolidated Microsoft Project POA&M which will be available to appropriate government managers as required.
During the performance of work under this contract, TSI will perform regular quality assurance activities as required by our corporate QA/QC process. TSI's quality assurance activities will be documented in writing and the records will be made available to the Contracting Office Representative (COR) upon request.
Our corporate commitment to responsive management, effective recruiting, staff development, and quality assurance drives our responsive delivery of outstanding professional services and products to our clients, within budget, and in direct response to each contract’s technical requirements. Both TSI and RMC have received recognition for meeting or exceeding the needs of our clients, and our clients have received numerous awards in areas supported by our team.
